Growth Specialist

We’re looking for a Growth Specialist who can write, strategise, and manage digital campaigns that deliver real results.

This isn’t just a planning role — you’ll be hands-on, servicing clients from start to finish, improving their campaigns, and keeping them organised.

If you thrive on variety, love solving challenges, and want a role where you can make a real impact, apply below.

We’re hiring a Team Leader to run a small team of four Growth Specialists. You’ll guide their day to day work, check quality against our SOPs, and keep clients happy.

You won’t be alone. We have multiple Team Leaders, each responsible for their own group. Your team will handle 5 to 7 clients per specialist.

You’ll lead client reporting, jump on client calls when needed, and hold fortnightly staff meetings plus one to one coaching.

You will track progress, spot risks early, and keep work on time and to standard.
